QNX18-II type endoscope sterilizer

Xijie QNX18-II type full-automatic endoscope washing and disinfection machine carries out high level sterilization for exterior wall and inner bore of endoscope (biopsy pore canal, water and gas carriage pipeline and cold light source attraction pipeline)by using the combination of high-pressure flowing water rotation &spraying and disinfectant circulation spraying & soaking. Automatically complete washing and disinfection for endoscope under the control of microcomputer in combination with various procedures, such as water scrubbing, enzymatic washing, ethyl alcohol washing inner pipeline and drying.

Its features are as follows:

I. The washing and disinfection procedures are in accordance with the requirement of “Specification”. Firstly, adopt high-pressure flowing water washing, enzymatic washing and washing; then use disinfectant to sterilize and wash; finally, adopt 75% ethyl alcohol washing and drying.

II. It is equipped with automatic printing function. It can automatically record five kinds of contents including washing and disinfection process and date as per Clause 13, Specification without manual record.

III. It is equipped with compressed air blast apparatus, which can be used for required process in middle of sterilization or after the sterilization to avoid the ponding within the endoscope.

IV. The microcomputer performs the full automatic control. The enzymatic washing time and disinfection time can be set as required. It has memory function and one-button operation, i.e. it can enter into the standard sterilization process as soon as starting up.

V. The flowing water, enzyme solution and disinfectants adopt high-pressure rotation and spraying. The biopsy pore canal, aspirator pipeline and water & gas carriage pipeline adopt high-pressure washing and disinfection. Therefore, the disinfection in combination with interior and exterior will be effective.

VI. It is horizontal structure. The whole endoscope body is placed flatwise in decontamination tank, which will not damage and wear endoscope and prolong its service life. Clean the sterilize the external pipeline of aspirator and cold light source part as required.
